  • 2 Open Houses hosted by the listing agent along with an Open House Ad in the Indianapolis Star

  • Electronic lock box- to facillitate realtor access

  • Online showing feedback and access to change your showing instructions to Realtors

  • Liberty Real Estate realtor coordinates title work and attends closing

  • MLS - seller pays buyer's agent commission at closing - Included in 6%

  • *If the listing is cancelled prior to the end of the 6 month agreement, client must pay Liberty Real Estate, LLC a $100 cancellation fee.

Clients that have purchased Liberty Real Estate, LLC "Flat Fee" Packages may upgrade to "Full Service" and receive their "Flat Fee" package cost back at the successfull closing.
